$26.7M industrial sale for CenterPoint

AUBURN — A warehouse at 1701 Pike St. N.W. sold for almost $26.7 million. The seller, via an LLC, was CenterPoint Properties. It had acquired the property in late 2020 for almost $18.9 million. Leases were then about to expire, and CenterPoint then said the building would be repositioned.

The buyer was KRL Legacy LLC, which is associated with Ace Relocation System.
