120 Capitol Hill units planned

SEATTLE — As the DJC first reported in October, an old auto parts warehouse at 1520 13th Ave. then went on the market. Orion Commercial Partners is representing the longtime family owners of the Auto Accessories property on Capitol Hill. The asking price is $14 million.

Now a prospective buyer has filed a new seven-story, 120-unit apartment plan. That would be the Polish developer Cavatina, which is currently planning a modular condominium project in Belltown.
