In the Denny Triangle, corporate giant Amazon.com is replacing car lots with a new campus including some biosphere-like orbs that will become a new landmark.
It will be a fitting gateway to neighboring South Lake Union, where a decade of buildup is cresting, along with jobs and new housing.
