Growing successfully depends on having strategic thinkers who drive a strong marketing team.

The measure of a firm’s success is often equated with its size: how many offices it has, how many warm bodies fill the cubicles and how much is billed in any given year.
There is pressure on firms to multiply, expand and conquer new territory -- all in an effort to keep up with the pace of competitors, and to further the success of the business. But growth brings the potential for opportunity and chaos.
