DCI Engineers promoted Steve Lidicker, Danielle Jacobs, Amy Pugh, Lynn Henshaw and Richard Borbe to associates in the Seattle headquarters. Lidicker joined DCI in 1996 and has experience on single- and multi-family housing, including Redmond Square Apartments. Jacobs has experience designing concrete, steel, cold-formed steel and wood framing systems. She has worked on high-rise projects and managed commercial, retail, hospitality, residential, and mixed-use projects, including the first phase of The Bravern in Bellevue. Pugh is director of marketing, and has used new systems to enhance the role of marketing at DCI. Henshaw is HR manager and has been instrumental in DCI's growth and expansion. Borbe has 33 years of accounting experience. He worked on conversion to the client management database system Deltek Vision and developed training classes for Deltek. DCI is a civil and structural consulting firm, with offices also in Spokane; Portland and Eugene, Ore.; San Diego, Irvine and San Francisco, Calif.; Austin, Texas; and Anchorage.

In Seattle, Aecom Technology Corp. hired YuJung Chang as vice president and director of water treatment technology, Scott B. Blunt as vice president and district manager of the Mountain Northwest District — environment, Gary Maynard as the Mountain Northwest planning and natural resources leader, and Mark Landrigan as senior program manager. Chang holds a Ph.D. and has 28 years of experience in water quality and wastewater treatment facilities. Blount has 30 years of experience in technical, operations, managerial and executive positions. Maynard has 28 years of planning, environmental compliance and permitting experience. Landrigan has 30 years of experience in treatment technologies. Aecom is a global provider of technical and management support services.

Sparling

Godwin

Sparling hired Joseph Godwin in the Lynnwood office as electrical project manager. Godwin has 23 years of electrical engineering experience, including work at NAVFAC Southwest in San Diego, and on commercial, industrial, health care and multifamily projects. He is working on the Naval Base Bremerton Building 435 seismic upgrade. Sparling, an electrical, technology, audiovisual, acoustical and lighting design firm, also has offices in Portland and San Diego.

Interior Tech

Gladu

Interior Tech, a building specialty contractor in Seattle and Portland, hired Christen Gladu to a new position: architectural representative. Gladu will develop new business in Seattle, Portland and western Washington working with architects, universities, museums, ports and contractors that could use the firm's fire, light, sound, space and security products. Gladu was director of sales and marketing at Christian Gladu Design and Bungalow Co. in Bend, Ore., and held interior design positions at NBBJ, Forma and Marcia Johnson Interior Design in Seattle.

Clark/Kjos Architects

Kadyk

Clark/Kjos Architects named Matt Kadyk as an associate. Kadyk has led development of CKA's building information modeling templates and standards, and quality control system. He has also been a project architect. Kadyk has more than 16 years of experience, with projects that include Curry Medical Center in Brookings.

Trindera Engineering

Fitzpatrick

Trindera Engineering hired Katie Fitzpatrick as business development coordinator. Fitzpatrick has more than six years of experience in communication and client development. She was an assistant in University Advancement with Gonzaga University. She will plan and coordinate marketing for Trindera, which specializes in power, control, lighting and communication/technology systems.

Farallon Consulting

Farallon Consulting hired Gary E. Hokkanen as principal hydrogeologist and California operations manager. He has more than 30 years of industry experience that includes investigation and remediation of contaminated properties. He is working with Farallon's Scott Allin to expand in California. The Issaquah-based environmental consulting firm also has offices in Seattle and Bellingham; Portland; and Sacramento and Oakland, Calif.

Environmental Science Associates

Boxer

Environmental Science Associates, a California environmental consulting firm, promoted Brian Boxer to community development practice leader overseeing more than 50 planners and technical specialists. He has 30-plus years of experience with state and local planning, public involvement and environmental documentation, including the Sacramento Entertainment and Sports Complex.

The Blueline Group

The Blueline Group hired Eduard Shoymerman and Marcus Stewart as engineering designers. Shoymerman has seven years of experience, and will design roadways, grading, storm drainage, sanitary sewer and waterlines for residential, commercial and municipal projects. Stewart has experience in water main replacements and fiber optic systems. Blueline provides civil engineering and planning services in the Northwest.

McMillen

McMillen hired Kelly Tilford as a senior hydropower consultant in the Boise office. Tilford has 30 years of experience in hydro-related engineering and construction. He will manage projects to strengthen McMillen's presence in hydroelectric design and construction in the Western United States, Alaska, and Canada. McMillen provides environmental and natural resources, engineering and construction services. It also has offices in Portland; Seattle, Vancouver and Bellingham; Wasilla, Alaska; and Kelowna, B.C.
