Beck has experience in telecom site development and electrical analysis, and most recently was a technical analyst with Wolfe-SBMC in Spokane. He has a bachelor's in electrical engineering from the University of Idaho. Trindera is an electrical and control systems engineering and consulting firm. It has an office in Spokane.

Moffatt & Nichol promoted Bruce I. Ostbo as business unit leader in Seattle, replacing Tom McCullough, who will lead major projects in the United States and abroad. Ostbo is a structural engineer and engineer-diver who joined the firm in 2012, bringing more than 30 years of experience in bridge design, marine structures, inspection and rehabilitation for ports, private sector clients and government agencies.
