Roger Flint has been named vice president, Northwest geographic manager for CH2M Hill's transportation business group, in addition to his previous duties as area manager and Northwest government relations director. He has been with CH2M Hill since 2006. He holds a master of public administration and a bachelor's from Eastern Washington University.

Parametrix promoted John Perlic to senior vice president to oversee Puget Sound operations in Seattle, Puyallup and Bremerton. Perlic will manage over 200 staff in the transportation, water/wastewater, community building, and environmental planning and compliance divisions. He is a transportation planner and engineer who has been with the firm for over 20 years and is on its operations leadership team. Waterfront Seattle is among the projects he has worked on. Parametrix provides engineering, planning and environmental sciences, with offices in the western U.S.

SvR Design Co. hired Calder Gillin as a senior landscape designer. He has eight years of experience, most recently in lead design roles with CMG Landscape Architecture in San Francisco. SvR provides landscape architecture, civil engineering, planning, and applied ecology services.

In Seattle, DCI Engineers hired Harrison Kliegl as a staff engineer, Aaron Scott as a structural project engineer and Ian Fitz-James as a civil project engineer. Kliegl was an intern with DCI and W.G. Clark Construction. He is providing structural analysis for projects. Scott was with JayDee Inc., where he worked on Sound Transit N-125 light rail drilling from Northgate to the University of Washington. Fitz-James is working on urban infill projects in western Washington, including Renton Heritage Apartments. He was a civil associate at Michael Baker International in Alexandria, Virginia. DCI Engineers is a civil and structural engineering firm.

SRG Partnership promoted Sam Stadler and Jessica Kottke to associate. Stadler joined the firm in 2005 and is in the Portland office. He has worked on health care and higher education teams. His projects include Portland State University's School of Business Administration renovation and addition. Kottke joined SRG's marketing group in 2012 and is marketing manager in Seattle. She has 10 years of experience in marketing and project management.

Fox has six years of experience in construction, rehab, hygrothermal modeling and building enclosure failure investigations, including three years at RDH. Acosta interned at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory. He has an architectural engineering degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder. King interned at RDH's Vancouver office. She holds an environmental engineering degree from the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada. Sowell has worked as an architectural staff member at an international architecture firm and as a CAD technician. RDH is a building enclosure consulting firm.

Union St. in Seattle. Kim has been with Caron for four years and is working on a 500-unit project near Othello Light Rail Station. Black is managing multifamily projects in Ballard and First Hill. Tallar's multifamily projects are in Greenwood and Fremont. Uskevich is working on mixed-use, multifamily and commercial projects.
