Seattle-based Hart Crowser named David Winter chief executive officer and Jeff Wagner chief operating officer. In 26 years with the firm, Winter has led expansions and acquisitions. As a senior engineer, he has managed geotechnical and environmental projects in the U.S., Europe, Asia, the Middle East and South America, from a luxury hotel in Abu Dhabi to Seattle buildings. Wagner will manage day-to-day operations and oversee core business units. In his 33 years at Hart Crowser, he has been responsible for geotechnical design of hundreds of projects, including Bellevue Square, instrumentation for the SR-99 tunnel, and reclamation of abandoned mines. Hart Crowser is an engineering, science and consulting firm.

Seattle landscape architecture firm Gustafson Guthrie Nichol hired Tiffany Megumi Gerdes, Rikerrious Geter and Ernest Haines as design interns. Gerdes holds a bachelor's in studio art and art history from Wesleyan University, and is pursuing a master's in landscape architecture at the University of Pennsylvania. Geter is a LEED green associate and graduate of the University of Georgia College of Environment and Design. Haines is working on his master of landscape architecture at Harvard Graduate School of Design, where he plans to pursue a concurrent degree in master of design. Hansen has over a decade of industry experience working on K-12 construction projects.

Cohen has 20 years of project design, programming and management experience on projects in the U.S., Europe, Middle East and Africa. He has worked on health care, assisted living, mixed-use, commercial and judicial developments, with a project now at Salem Hospital in Oregon. Junkert has 11 years of experience at Portland design firms. He is managing work for 10 Barrel Brewery. Mahler has 16 years of IT and architectural experience at a Portland area design firm. He will manage the technology needs of Scott|Edwards' 60-person staff while continuing to develop the firm's BIM standards. Cruse holds an undergraduate degree from UC Berkeley and a master's from the Academy of Art, San Francisco in interior architecture and design. She is working on Anheuser Busch projects.

Cobley has over 29 years of experience as an estimator, project manager, plan reviewer and project coordinator, including in Saudi Arabia. He was with KPFF Consulting Engineers. At Parametrix, he will work on the Factoria Recycling and Transfer Station. Parametrix provides engineering, planning and environmental sciences, with offices in the western U.S.
