I am also interested in the specifics of your design. This fits right in my income range and it’s energy efficient. The aspect of the home’s flexibility is most interesting. I will be looking at the home on Jewel today and will repost here with my inputs. If I like the product, I would be interested in being contacted by someone from ORA. I’ll let you know what I find.

there are lots of people interested in super efficient architecture in seattle.

unfortunately clients aren’t the ones really interested (yet) and tend to want some craftsman redux (blah)
