I am also interested in the specifics of your design.  This fits right in my income range and it's energy efficient.  The aspect of the home's flexibility is most interesting.  I will be looking at the home on Jewel today and will repost here with my inputs.  If I like the product, I would be interested in being contacted by someone from ORA.  I'll let you know what I find.</description>
