The service saves time and money by making it easy to organize and share information with general contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, government agencies and business construction, suppliers and their clients. QB Contractor Collaborator application services information can be shared securely on Intuit's supported internet systems for bid estimates, RFP responses, QuickBooks Contractor accounting information, engineering/architect drawing takeoffs data, supplier inventory and price data. Other information such as project management data, company documentation such as business plans, executive summaries, references and document drafts can be imported/exported or available as a download or link to your web site. Each user has a profile and role which can be limited to the record or report view based on their level of involvement. Subscription costs start at $30 per month per user. Additional applications such as supplier listing, MBWE data bases, Microsoft Project interface and Supplier Shopping Cart are available at an additional charge. Consulting services are available. |
