DCI Engineers’ principals and staff have designed a multitude of projects from smaller tenant improvement structural consulting, to large residential subdivisions and commercial office towers. Similarly, our clients vary from individual owners with limited engineering needs, to those representing the needs of major institutional organizations. We are known for taking a pro-active role by contributing knowledge of project costs and structural optimization at the very first stages of the design process. This provides a clear and accurate assessment of our client’s projects before beginning full design. DCI also has more than 15 individual staff members who hold LEED accreditation along with DCI’s participation on several projects that have earned LEED certification.
