eOnWard, Bellevue-based developer of a loyalty and retention platform called MyAutoCloud, added Tom Kain to the executive team as vice president of strategic partnerships. Kain has over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, and founded a marketing platform called AutoDealerTarget. MyAutoCloud combines service data with a customer's driving habits to deliver personalized messages.
Washington Employers, a Seattle-based organization founded in 1936 focused on human resources and employment law, has changed its name to Archbright. Archbright is also adding payroll services and retirement planning to the services it offers more than 1,000 employer-members.
Motiga, an independent online game studio based in Bellevue, said David Reid has joined as senior vice president publishing. Motiga has been working on Gigantic — a free-to-play PC action game. Reid was chief marketing officer at CCP Games and SVP Publishing at Trion Worlds.

J.P. Morgan named Michael Harman head of its Seattle Private Bank. Harman will report to Olivier de Givenchy, West Coast head for J.P. Morgan Private Bank. He joined the bank in 2011 as a wealth advisor in Seattle and also practiced law for 12 years, most recently at Helsell Fetterman.
G2 Web Services, a provider of payment risk management services based in Bellevue, named Allison Guidette chief executive officer. She has more than 15 years of IT management experience, and most recently was managing director of large law firm business at Thomson Reuters. G2's services include merchant due diligence, compliance and fraud protection.
Seattle Women's Commission and Councilmember Jean Godden announced the winners of the 2014 Jeanette Williams Awards: Individual — Tammy Nguyen for her work on Women in the Green Economy; Organization — YWCA Seattle|King|Snohomish for the Economic Resilience Initiative; Business — The Sweatbox for owner Laura Culberg's workplace equity policies. The commission also will give Civil Rights Champion awards to Estela Ortega for community organizing and work with El Centro de la Raza, and Nicole Vellestero Keenan for gender and racial equity projects. Awards will be presented Wednesday at 6 p.m. in Seattle City Hall.

Becca Kenna-Schenk is director of government relations at Western Washington University. Kenna-Schenk was most recently director of government relations for the Washington Student Achievement Council. She will be an advocate and liaison for Western with the legislature, governor and other agencies, succeeding Sherry Burkey, who is retiring Oct. 10.
Cedarbrook Lodge, a business and leisure destination near Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, hired David Sullivan as general manager. He will handle daily operations and manage expansion of the lodge and opening of The Spa at Cedarbrook. Sullivan was with Semiahmoo Resort and worked at hotels in London, the Caribbean, Vancouver, Singapore and Las Vegas. Coastal Hotels is the property manager for Cedarbrook.
Duane Fladland is director of the Washington State Small Business Development Center Network. He joined the Washington SBDC as associate state director in January 2010 and had been interim state director since April. It is a network of 26 certified business advisors and two trade experts who advise small business owners statewide.
