Trulia Center, known formally as 110 Atrium Place, has on a whole new look.
Located on 110th Avenue Northeast in Bellevue's central business district, the building recently received a modernization that included a full demolition of all interior finishes, new tile flooring, new wood paneling, upgraded lighting and new HVAC.
Elevators were upgraded. Restrooms were given new finishes and hardware. The exterior has a new canopy, landscaping, lighting and a new vestibule.
Trulia, a real estate search portal, occupies 70,000 square feet on the top two floors.
