The Luke

The Luke is a new 208-unit apartment complex at 164th Avenue Northeast and Northeast 83rd Street in downtown Redmond.

The one- and two-bedroom units surround a central courtyard, and there are two levels of below-grade parking. Tenants share a fitness center, pet grooming area, game lounge and a clubhouse in the courtyard.

Interiors were designed to maximize daylight throughout the main living space.

Rents for one-bedroom apartments start at $1,685, and the units range in size from 520 to 608 square feet.

The largest units are 1,270 square feet with two bedrooms and a den. Rents start at $2,800.
