Commons on 90

Commons on 90 is a newly renovated office complex at 15800 and 15900 S.E. Eastgate Way in Bellevue, with 142,000 square feet of Class A space in two buildings.

Renovations were designed to attract technology companies. Outdoor retailer REI’s technology department is moving to one of the buildings.

Amenities include new infrastructure, collaborative workspaces, a gym, conference and training spaces, and a wired outdoor spaces. Parking is available for cars and bikes.

Another 25,000 square feet has also been leased, leaving about 50,000 square feet available.
