Dexter Hayes

Dexter Hayes is a four-story mixed-use building overlooking Lake Union at 1701 Dexter Ave. N.

It has 65 units that range from studios to two-bedroom townhouses with two levels. Four live-work spaces face Dexter. Rents range from $1,905 to $3,379.

An open stair is at the east-facing entrance and there is a central courtyard within. The rooftop deck has a barbecue and fire pit. Garage parking is available for 44 vehicles; there is also a large bike storage room.

Units have large windows for natural light, ceiling fans, stainless-steel appliances and washer/dryers.
