Capitol Core is a six-story, 17-unit apartment building on a 2,700-square-foot site at 215 Boylston Ave. E. in Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood.

The building maximizes the small infill lot with a linear design. All the apartments are corner units, with full kitchens, locally crafted cabinetry and energy-efficient appliances. Tenants share outdoor space and bicycle storage.

Rents average $1,470 per month.

The project is certified Built Green 4-Star, using high-performance building practices and durable materials drawn from the Passive House standard.
