Larger buildings face mandatory ‘tune-ups' under new efficiency program for Seattle

  • The city says the program will generate 10 to 15 percent in energy savings on average.

    The program will affect about 800 buildings in the city. It focuses on non-residential buildings larger than 50,000 square feet.
