O'Hare is a licensed Professional Engineer and LEED AP with 17 years of commercial construction experience. He holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Clarkson University. Cruz holds an associate's degree in architectural engineering drafting from North Seattle College, and is attending the University of Washington Construction Management Certificate program. She also holds two bachelor's degrees from the University of Utah. Barkey is a Registered Architect with 30 years of architecture experience. He holds a bachelor's degree in architecture from the UW, a master's degree in architectural studies from the University of Queensland, and recently completed the BIM certificate program at North Seattle College. Robson has been in construction for four years. She is completing a master's degree in project management at the University of Alaska, and holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Denver. Zouras is a LEED Green Associate with two years of industry experience. She holds a bachelor's degree in construction management from Purdue University. Walters is a LEED AP with 10 years of industry experience. She holds a bachelor's degree in construction management from Arizona State University. Alexander has more than 10 years of accounting and administrative experience.

Hill holds an associate's degree in design drafting from Green River Community College, and has seven years of CADD experience.

Habibuddin is working with the division's business development team to move projects through the real estate acquisition, entitlement, design, construction and leasing phases. She is a development director/construction manager and licensed architect with over 21 years of industry experience. She holds a master's degree in construction management and a bachelor's degree in architecture from the University of Washington.
