The Seattle office of Abbott Construction hired Paul Santulli as project manager and Elizabeth Luther as accountant, and promoted Marc Everson to project executive. Santulli has more than 15 years of industry experience and is working in the special projects group. Luther has nine years of accounting experience and is responsible for accounts receivable and billings. Everson joined Abbott last year with more than 30 years of local commercial construction experience. He is focusing on client relationships and work acquisition.

The Gig Harbor office of Watts Constructors hired Carly White and Alex Mahler as quality control assistants. White has seven years of experience working on Department of Defense installations including Naval Base Kitsap and JBLM. She is working on the pure water facility at Naval Base Kitsap Bangor. Mahler recently earned a bachelor's degree in economics from Western Washington University. He is working on the Dry Dock 5 railway complex at Naval Base Kitsap Bremerton.

Nicolaisen

Kent-based Hermanson Co. promoted Knut H. Nicolaisen and Paul Robinett to vice presidents. Nicolaisen, PE, specializes in the development of commercial office, hotel and residential structures, with an emphasis on design-build construction. He holds bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Washington. Robinett has experience with mechanical systems for critical facilities such as hospitals, labs and data centers. He is a graduate of the University of Nebraska's construction management program. Both are principal owners in the mechanical contracting and maintenance firm.

Franklin

Luxury homebuilder Beverly Homes appointed DeAnna Franklin as director of sales and marketing. Franklin is leading the new Sales and Marketing Division, along with overseeing the re-branding and marketing efforts of Sunrise Development Corporation of Washington. She has more than 17 years of sales and marketing experience, previously working at SoundBuilt Homes, Cambria Homes and Polygon Northwest. Beverly Homes is a builder in the Sunrise master planned community in Pierce County.
