He previously worked for Venture Construction and holds a bachelor’s degree in construction engineering from Montana State University. Dayton has eight years of industry experience, previously working at Forma Construction. He holds a bachelor’s degree in construction management from Washington State University.

Michelle Dallas is the new communications and marketing coordinator at the Associated Builders and Contractors of Western Washington. Dallas previously worked with SBI Association Management as a communications and marketing coordinator. She holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Seattle University and is studying for a master’s degree in communications at the University of Washington.

Garlock has 41 years of local industry experience, working with Lydig Construction, Opus Northwest and Skanska. Rush Commercial builds senior housing and assisted-living, student housing, medical, office, tenant improvement, multifamily and mixed-use projects.
