The structure is made up of a series of smaller masses done in bold, contrasting colors. There is grade-level commercial space and live/work units, as well as a pet park on the roof.
True North was designed to appeal to outdoor enthusiasts, and it has a rockclimbing wall, a trailhead room with maps and charts, and bike lockers.
From the roof deck, residents have views of Lake Union and the Cascades to the east, and the Space Needle and Olympics to the west.
The building recently received LEED silver certification.
