Zephyr opened in October at 200 Belmont Ave. E. on Capitol Hill.
The 77-unit, 90,700-square-foot building is on the site that was home to B&O Espresso. It has almost 5,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, and 49 below-ground parking stalls.
Zephyr has two live-work units, along with studios, one- and two-bedroom units that range from 570 to 1,200 square feet. The live-work units rent for $2,295 to $2,695, and apartment rents range from $1,495 to $3,695.
Units have open floor plans, floor-to-ceiling windows, low-VOC finishes, passive ventilation, water-saving plumbing, energy-efficient lighting and Energy Star appliances.
Zephyr has a club room, fitness center, dog walk, bike storage and rooftop deck with seating and a barbecue.
The complex is LEED-gold certified, and within walking distance of downtown and the future Capitol Hill light rail station.
