The Village Cove at Green Lake, a four-story retirement care community, has opened at 6850 Woodlawn Ave. N.E. in Seattle.
The community offers independent, assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing services.
Village Cove has 28 apartments and underground parking, with services such as housekeeping, maintenance and a fitness area. Residents also have access to the Bridge, a community resource center that will offer educational and cultural events for seniors living in the Green Lake area.
The site was chosen for its walkability, with nearby shopping, restaurants and outdoor activities.
