Cambia Grove

Photos by Doug Scott [enlarge]

Cambia Grove has opened on the second floor of 1800 Ninth Ave., in Seattle's Denny Triangle.

The 9,000-square-foot space was designed to be used by health care groups for workshops, community meetings and networking events. Entrepreneurs can pitch ideas to the Grove's anchor companies — UW Medicine, Regence BlueShield and Qliance — with the goal of solving the industry's most pressing problems.

Cambia Grove offers creative work spaces, flexible private offices and presentation areas. Spaces available for use include a two 18-person board rooms, a smaller six-person board room, and two two-person offices.

Design elements include curved hallways overlaid with Viridian reclaimed wood paneling, a work lounge with movable maple wood panels and energy-efficient linear pendant lighting.

The main conference room has state-of-the-art video conferencing and a large conference table built from local reclaimed wood from Meyer Wells. There's also an outdoor patio with lounge seating and terrace landscaping.

Owner: Cambia Health Solutions

Architect: Mackenzie

General contractor: Swinerton Builders
