Washington Capital Management

Washington Capital Management has a new corporate headquarters in Seattle's Park Place Building at 1200 Sixth Ave.

Tenant improvements for the 15,700-square-foot space included a reception area, private offices, workstations, a conference room, meeting rooms, server room, break room and lounge.

The design features decorative steel framed panels, with high-end finishes and fixtures throughout.

Architect: Ware Malcomb
