1101 Westlake

1101 Westlake is a six-story, Class A office building recently completed at 1101 Westlake Ave. N. in South Lake Union.

It has 143,600 square feet of office, 6,400 square feet of retail and parking for 155 vehicles.

The building was designed for efficient, flexible work environments, with unobstructed views of Lake Union from every floor. The lobby has adaptable spaces for work and meetings.

The project is targeting LEED silver, with energy efficient systems and an exterior designed for maximum natural light.
