The DJC collects and prepares data on various credit related records. You can search
the individual databases below or use our
Names Search feature to
search them all simultaneously.
Current databases include:
Bankruptcies
Bankruptcy notices filed in Western Washington, Eastern Washington, Oregon and Alaska U.S. Bankruptcy Court for
businesses and individuals located in their respective state. The database includes
Chapter 7, 11 and 13 filings and lists the filer's name, and address.
Liens
Workman's liens filed against companies in King, Pierce and Snohomish
Counties. Generally a lien is filed when one company
doesn't receive promised payment for goods and services provided to
another company. This is a great place to check the reliability of a
firm you may (or may not) want to do business with.
Federal Tax Liens
Federal Tax Liens filed by the IRS against companies or
individuals in King, Pierce and Snohomish Counties who are negligent in
their tax payments. The database includes
information on the name of whom the lien is filed against, the lien
amount and the type of tax filing that's involved. A great way to make
sure a business is keeping their books in good shape.
