In Renton, city and schools are both getting into the act
Collaboration is giving the city and school district access to a top-notch performing arts center. IKEA has pledged $500,000 for the naming rights.

With buildings, three things usually happen: they get torn down, renovated or built from scratch. In Renton, they get combined.
