Agnes Lofts rise above the corner of 12th and Pike, next to the renovated Piston and Ring Building. Two-story windows tell the world these are not typical one-bedroom apartments.
When developer Liz Dunn contemplated ideas for her parcel at the corner of 12th and Pike, there were certain non-negotiable items. First and foremost: No punched windows.
