SDOT has $595M plan for more streetcars

The Seattle Department of Transportation released a more detailed $595 million plan for four new city streetcar lines. But several Seattle City Council members said they don't want to go any further with the idea until they have more information, including whether the city should be investing in buses or electric trolleys instead.
