Sound Transit wants input on 3 proposals

Sound Transit will hold seven open houses in late May and early June around Puget Sound to solicit public input on three transit proposals.

Two of the proposals are for projects that could be completed within 12 years. They rely on increased bus and commuter rail service in Pierce and Snohomish counties in lieu of new light rail lines. The proposals call for extending light rail to east King County, however.
