Finalists picked for Tacoma museum

TACOMA — Officials of the Tacoma Art Museum have pared the list of teams vying to redesign the plaza and perimeter of the museum.

Finalists are BCRA; a team composed of E. Cobb Architects, Alchemie and Arup; Johnson Architecture and Planning; Mithun; NBBJ; and Olson Sundberg Kundig Allen and Charles Anderson Landscape Architecture. Officials of the museum, which received 95 submissions from firms across North Amercia, will interview finalists on July 9.
