3 meetings set for Ballard park design

SEATTLE — Seattle Parks and Recreation will hold three public meetings to plan and design a new park at 7028 Ninth Ave. N.W.

The 39,000-square-foot property was purchased with funding from the 2000 Pro Parks Levy. The budget for the project is $800,000.
