Engineer needed for Bellingham bridge

BELLINGHAM — The city of Bellingham is seeking an engineer to design a replacement for the James Street Bridge and improvements to the connecting roadway.

The project involves replacing two structurally deficient timber girder bridges with a single-span, precast voided-slab bridge.
