McDonald named Engineer of the Year

BELLEVUE — The American Council of Engineering Companies of Washington has named Daniel R. McDonald 2010 Engineer of the Year.

McDonald was a state representative from 1979 to 1983 and a state senator from 1984 to 2002, and has an environmental engineering career.
