Moldow and Jones named AIA fellows

For the last 25 years, Leslie Moldow has designed innovative senior housing, much of it as a principal at Seattle-based Mithun. She also has researched, written and lectured on ways to improve housing for the aging, reaching both professionals and the mainstream.

Architect Susan Jones, founder of Seattle-based atelierjones, has focused on castoff sites — a parking garage roof, an old gas station and an unused marine industrial warehouse — that can be reinvigorated by design.
