SHA to build 118 rental units at Rainier Vista Northeast

The new units, shown in the foreground, will be in 39 buildings with a mix of styles and sizes. The housing is geared toward larger families, with low and very-low incomes.

The Seattle Housing Authority expects to start construction July 1 on 118 units of rental housing for low- and very low-income families in Rainier Valley near the Columbia City light rail station.
