Architects help put Seattle on the food map

Eltana, a wood-fired bagel restaurant on Capitol Hill, was designed by Graham Baba Architects.

A lot of of high-quality restaurants have recently opened in Seattle, bringing national attention to the city. While food is the focus, creating the right type of space while sticking to a budget is more important than ever.
