DCI Engineers, a civil and structural consulting firm, hired nine people in Seattle. Eric Pope, Ethan Ramberg, Brad Maier, Luke deBarathy, Patrick Heye and Patrick Rice are structural project engineers. Samuel Aguilar de Amador is a structural CAD designer, Joseph Glaser is structural project manager, and Jami Parks is a marketing coordinator. Pope produces calculations and sketches, and marks up drawings and reviews shop drawings. He is working on Holgate Apartments in Seattle. Ramberg supports senior engineers in designing structures. He is working on Seattle area commercial projects. Maier coordinates with the design team on structural systems. He is working on the FedEx ground distribution center in Seattle. DeBarathy does structural calculations, analysis and drawings, and provides construction support. He is working on the North Lot twin towers in Seattle. Heye holds a bachelor's in architectural engineering from Cal Poly. His work includes projects in California and Washington. Rice holds a bachelor's in civil engineering from Northwestern University and a master's in civil engineering from the University of Washington. He is working on an active adult living complex in Saskatchewan. Amador has 10 years of structural drafting experience. He is working on the second phase of White Pine Lodge in Sandpoint, Idaho. Glaser has 24 years of engineering experience and is working on housing in the region. Parks has seven years of hospitality/resort marketing experience. She provides marketing materials and helps in public relations and business development.
