Parks issues RFQ for moorage upgrades

SEATTLE — A pair of aging moorage facilities on the western shore of Lake Washington require $8 million worth of improvements.

Seattle Parks and Recreation is seeking operators interested in upgrading the moorages in exchange for a long-term agreement to manage them. The design-build-operate contract is new for the department.
