Old Nordstrom Rack will be a grocery

H Mart, a New Jersey-based Asian grocery chain, is opening a 20,000-square-foot grocery store in Nordstrom Rack's old spot in the Broadacres Building at Second Avenue and Pine Street in downtown Seattle.

H Mart said construction on the store will start this fall and it will open in 2014.
