WSU upset with UW over medical school

WSU is constructing a new health sciences building on the Spokane campus to be a training ground for 80 to 120 medical students.

SPOKANE (AP) — Spokane will have a four-year medical program with or without the help of the University of Washington, according to Washington State University president Elson Floyd.
