Infrastructure here earns a C from ASCE

  • Dams earned a B, but bridges got a C-, and roads and transit got a D+.

    Long Painting will rehab two spill gates at Gorge Dam in Newhalem this summer. Dams got the highest grade of any Washington infrastructure.

    The report cards are in and Washington's infrastructure scored a C. That's better than the national average of D+ but there's plenty of room for improvement.
