Hargis Engineers promoted Erik Stearns and Phil Radics to principal, Brian Cawley to senior associate, and Rawley Reeser, Ryan Callahan, Zachary Clem, Chris Skiles, David Bultez, Shane Fischer, Doug Svee and Joseph Llona to associate. Stearns has 22 years of electrical engineering experience with higher education, municipal, federal, military, high-technology and commercial projects. Radics has 25 years of experience in consulting to Fortune 500 and 1000 companies. He works in telecommunications and electronics security, and serves enterprise and campus-oriented projects. Cawley has nine years of mechanical engineering experience on academic, institutional and high-tech projects. Reeser, a mechanical engineer, and Callahan, an electrical engineer, are providing services for Nordstrom. Clem has a background in telecommunications systems and works on financial, retail and high-tech facilities. Skiles works on technology-enriched projects on local, regional and international scales. Bultez, a telecom and electronic security specialist, supports K-12, institutional and commercial high-tech clients as a consultant lead. Fischer focuses on integrating telecom systems. Svee uses his knowledge of electrical and lighting systems on educational, health care, correctional and commercial projects. Llona has 30 years of industry experience. He leads mechanical engineering for academic, government, military and mission-critical projects, and specializes in central heating and cooling plants. Seattle-based Hargis provides mechanical, electrical, telecom and electronic security services.
