Seattle-based Caron Architecture hired Brian Kim, Donnie North, Yoriko Endo and Amanda Black as project managers, Marc Aubin as a project designer, Kusi Chaijumroonpun and Laura Uskevich as associates, and Mindi Caulley as an interior designer. Kim is a project manager with 20 years of experience in project management and construction administration on public works, residential and office developments. He is working on a mid-rise, mixed-use development in Seattle near Rainier Valley. North, an architect, has over 20 years of experience in multifamily and retail projects. She is managing a 90-unit townhome in Issaquah. Endo has a background in multifamily, medical and educational facilities, with work that includes Library Place Apartments, Veer Lofts and UW Medical Center. She is working on a 56-unit development on Capitol Hill. Black has designed and managed multifamily and residential projects for seven years, and is working on a 50-unit efficiency apartment in Ballard and a live/work project at Yesler and 17th Avenue. Aubin has regional and international public works, medical, commercial and mixed-use experience. He is designing a mid-rise mixed-use multifamily project with retail. Chaijumroonpun has been in the municipal, hospitality, multifamily and retail and office industries for over 15 years. Her work includes Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Lake Tahoe and high rises in Thailand. She is working on multifamily urban infill. Uskevich holds a master of architecture degree from Washington State University. She is providing support on urban infill multifamily and commercial office developments, including a 150-unit mixed-use development in Rainier Vista. Caulley comes from a medical, higher education and retail background. She is working on tenant improvements, including First Western Properties' office building in Kirkland. Caron provides architecture, interior design and planning for regional and international clients.
