Wood Harbinger promoted Doug Bussard to chief operating officer, Bruce Alward to executive vice president, Bill States to industrial systems market leader, Erik Larson to vice president of industrial systems, and Mohammed Haq, Sean Bollen and Jeff Yirak to associate principal. Bussard has been with the firm for nearly 10 years and has 30 years of experience in electrical utilities infrastructure and operation. Alward will also be vice president of electrical engineering. He has been with the firm for nearly 15 years and has 35 years of experience, including in the electrical system field and in health care. States is also corporate vice president focused on business development and key client management. He has 11 years with Wood Harbinger and over 37 years in the industry. Larson leads aviation and manufacturing facility work. He has been with Wood Harbinger for nearly 14 years and has 23 years in the industry as a mechanical and fire protection engineer. Haq will be involved in management and leadership in the mechanical/industrial practice. He has been with Wood Harbinger for eight years. Bollen will be involved in management and leadership in the electrical practice. He has 20 years with the firm, with experience in educational, military, and municipal electrical design. Yirak will be involved in management and leadership in the commissioning practice. He is an industry presenter and author.
