Potato Museum eyes improvements

BLACKFOOT, Idaho (AP) — The Idaho Potato Museum in southeast Idaho is undergoing improvements that include opening a restaurant so visitors can eat potatoes.

Museum Executive Director Tish Dahmen tells KIFI-TV (http://bit.ly/ZWB6WG) that artifacts at the museum in Blackfoot will have better interpretive information.
