SEATTLE — Seattle is getting its first red bus lane this year as part of $2.1 million of transit improvement projects. Work this year also includes enhanced transit-only lanes, new right turn “pockets,” and bus stop upgrades on Holman Road and Northgate Way.
A press release from SDOT said next year about $4 million in transit projects are planned at Market and 45th, in South Lake Union and along Greenwood Avenue North.
