Jacobs Associates and McMillen merge

SAN FRANCISCO — The engineering and consulting firm Jacobs Associates is planning to merge with the engineering and construction firm McMillen LLC.

Jacobs is based in San Francisco and McMillen is based in Boise, Idaho. The new firm, McMillen Jacobs Associates, will have a staff of 380 working out of 19 offices across North America, Australia and New Zealand.
